(1)What is diabetes,
(2)how many types of diabetes,
(3) causes of diabetes,
(4)symptoms of diabetes,
(5)consequences of diabetes
(1)what is diabetes?
When more and more urine is released from our body, the urine and the blood test of our body will find more sugar in it and the body starts to slowly lose weight, it is called diabetes.
(2)What are the types of diabetes?
There are two types of diabetes:-
(1)diabetes mellitus (2)diabetes insipidus
(#)diabetes mellitus:
If the change of white substances in our body is disrupted, the amount of sugar in the blood increases and that sugar is released in larger amounts with urine and the body's nutrition is disturbed, it is diabetes mellitus.Generally, we understand diabetes as diabetes mellitus.
(#)diabetes insipidus:
If the urine is profuse and frequent, but there is no sugar or other impurities in the urine, it is diabetes insipidus.
(3)Accumulation of sugar in the body's blood and excretion of sugar with urine in polyuria:
The body needs the chemical conversion of sugars and carbohydrates (starchy carbohydrates) from the various types of proteins, carbohydrates and fats that we consume in food every day.Gives heat or energy. All the sweet things we eat like rice, flour, potatoes and molasses, sugar etc. are digested in the intestines and circulate in the form of juice in the form of rasabaha pulses to different parts of the body. These are mixed with the blood and some parts are used in the body cells. Some parts are stored as glycogen (pre-sugar) in the liver and muscles. If there is ever a need to maintain a normal amount of glucose in the blood, this stored glycogen is used. Note that this sugar provides faster and more powerful energy to the body than rice and bread.Insulin is the main tool for maintaining the blood sugar level. This insulin is the secreted juice of the scattered islands of Langerhans in the middle of the pancreas. Insulin is released from the pancreas in proportion to the body's needs. When the amount of sugar increases after eating white food, more insulin is released from the pancreas to maintain the blood sugar balance. For that reason, if a large amount of white food is consumed under normal conditions, there is no change in the permanent level of blood sugar.Glycogen is stored in the liver and the stored glycogen from this place is converted into glucose under the influence of insulin and maintains blood sugar balance. If the liver is abnormal for some reason, glycogen cannot be converted to sugar and all is excreted in the urine. When there is an excess of sugar in the blood, it is excreted by the kidneys. This is diabetes mellitus.Sugar is almost not excreted in the urine in healthy conditions. But in case of diabetes, the amount of sugar that is eaten with sugar and food is excreted in the urine. Many times the sugar is excreted in the urine even if the patient does not eat such food. But this is a fatal pain. Even if you don't eat sweet and white food, this sugar is prepared in the liver.
(4)Causes of diabetes:-
Hereditary fault means if parents have pain, then the child can have this pain.Excessive brain activity, excessive thinking, mental exertion, lack of physical exertion, excessive study, injury to the liver, brain and spinal cord, disorders of the pancreas, mental anxiety, obesity, high blood pressure, syphilis, high protein intake etc. can cause polyuria. This suffering is accompanied by sufferings like sanyas, epilepsy, whooping cough and wheezing, gout, malaria etc.Polyuria occurs after inhalation of chloroform and when the body is poisoned by strychnia, etc.An early sign of polyuria can be understood if a person suddenly becomes obese.Polyuria is caused due to abnormal functioning of organs like liver, pituitary gland, suprarenal capsules, thyroid gland etc. due to maintenance of constant value range of blood sugar and lack of proper utilization of glucose. The action of pituitary, supra-renal and thyroid glands inhibits and inhibits the action of insulin, increasing blood sugar levels.Dr. Barnard tested and determined that this pain occurs when the fourth ventricle of the brain or sympathetic nerve is stimulated. There are different opinions about the cause of the pain, but there is no doubt that the nervous system is most affected in this pain. But it is difficult to determine whether this nervous exhaustion precedes or follows the suffering. However, it can be seen in many places that it is produced by indigestion due to liver disorders. Men are more affected by this pain than women. This pain occurs between the ages of 30 to 60 years.
(5)Symptoms of diabetes:-
In this pain, at first the patient urinates a lot and repeatedly, gradually the body becomes weak, the mouth is dry and always very thirsty. In the first night, passing urine in large quantities. Due to the discharge of large quantities of urine, the mouth is dry and the mouth tastes sour and sweet. If the pain is severe, the urine is sharp and irritating, causing sores on the mouth of the urethra, burning during urination, foul smelling urine, because of sugar in the urine.Flies and ants sit where the patient urinates, itching occurs.Itching of the testicles and genitals and pain in the back. A mild form of polyuria produces 8-10 pounds of urine throughout the day and night, the relative importance being 1020 to 1040.But in severe cases 50-60 pounds of urine per 24 hours and the relative weight of urine can be 1050 to 1060. Even if the relative importance is from 1015 to 1020, there is still sugar in the urine. From 4-5 grains to 40-50 grains of sugar per ounce of urine can be excreted.Urea and uric acid are more in urine.Consumption of white products and sugar increases the sugar content and meat consumption decreases the sugar content. If the polyuria patient has fever, the sugar content is reduced or almost undetectable. The patient is very thirsty and drinks a lot of water. The tongue is dry, cracked and red, rarely juicy and papillae. Often there is loss of appetite first and finally excessive appetite. The gums are loose and bleeding from them.Abdominal heaviness, flatulence and acidity. At the end of the pain there is flatulence and dysentery.Gradually the skin becomes dry and crusty, constipation, dry stools and insatiable thirst appear.Stomach always feels empty, wants to eat again and again, but no peace. With increasing pain, the body becomes thin, weak and the senses are relaxed.Hands and feet are burning and cold.Body weight is greatly reduced, breath smells of chloroform.Headache is present. The hair on the head and eyebrows rises. With increasing pain, the pulse becomes rapid and feeble, the body temperature decreases from normal. The patient is irritable, dull, anxious, mental restlessness and memory loss. At the end of the pain, pain in various parts of the body, edema of the feet and impotence.Fever and chills are usually 97 degrees or less. After decay, carbuncles and vision loss, the eyes fall into cataracts. If any part of the body is cut or something breaks out and the wound is injured by a weapon, the wound does not heal immediately. It becomes gangrenous and the patient dies.Symptoms of polyuria (Complications):
1) Diabetic coma- a serious symptom. Many times it appears suddenly. The patient is overwhelmed and unconscious.Prior to this, the patient has symptoms such as hunger, absence of sugar in urine, decrease in urine volume, constipation, etc.Breathing becomes very slow and deep. Rapid pulse, low blood pressure, subnormal body temperature, muscle relaxation etc.occurs.Breathing acetone Odor is present, there is great difficulty in breathing, and if unconsciousness deepens, the patient falls towards death.
2) If the patient with polyuria has pneumonia, there will be emphysema, decomposition or unconsciousness in the lungs.Increased susceptibility to decay.
3) Carbuncle or gangrene with severe polyuria. Acne, itching, rashes, carbuncles on the skin. Sometimes a rapidly spreading ulceration of one leg or toe.Perforating wounds on the soles of the feet.
4) Patients over fifty often have hypertension associated with polyuria.Sometimes heart muscle disorders, brain veins are blocked by blood clots and heart failure occurs.
5) In this affliction, the patient's genitals are affected and impotence occurs, if the eyes are affected, cataracts and cataracts occur.
6)The patient has pain in the balls of the feet and sometimes sciatica-like pain.Nerves are affected and there is often numbness in the soles of the feet and decreased or absent knee and hip flexion.
7) Progressive muscle destruction may result in ketosis and coma leading to patient death.
8) If excess urine is released, the watery part of the body is depleted and the muscles gradually become dry and the vein walls are gradually affected and become hard.
9) Accumulation of glucose in the urine leads to inflammation of the bladder and formation of pus in the urine.
(6)Effects of diabetes:-
Polyuria in young patients is very serious. However, the pain in mature adults is less severe.Careful selection of food and nutrition and proper treatment can provide substantial benefits. The patient may remain functional for many days. But the patient dies when the young and poisonous anthrax attacks and tuberculosis of the lungs develops.
